Congratulations! It’s a pleasure to inform you that you have been selected to receive a Foundation scholarship for the upcoming academic school year.
The scholarship check will be made out in your name and the school you will be attending and will be mailed directly to the school. The scholarship can be used for tuition fees and books and there is no need to repay the scholarship.
Please complete this form and submit it along with an uploaded copy of your upcoming class schedule.
