Completion of this report satisfies the chapter's obligation for all of these reports that were required in the past.
This form collects detailed information about the chapter's activities and programming from May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023, including chapter management, professional development, community service, scholarship and leadership development information. It also collects important financial information (required for annual reporting to the IRS by the National Headquarters office on behalf of the chapter) and, therefore, must be completed with accuracy.
Information reported must be specific to the time period beginning May 1, 2022 and ending April 30, 2023.
Requirements
An elected chapter officer must submit the completed form by May 15th to remain in good standing with the Fraternity and to be considered for the LKS Chapter of the Year Award presented annually at Convention.Delete
