2022 PCF Mentor Renewal Application for returning mentors

Description

The mission of the Peninsula College Fund is to assist low-income, first-generation college students to graduate and obtain a job that aligns with their career goals. 

Mentor recruitment happens on a rolling basis, however matching occurs in May - June 2022.

Requirements

PCF Mentor Renewal Process:

  1. Apply – Submit the PCF Mentor Renewal Application by the spring deadline, April 15, 2022 to be considered for the 2022 cohort. The renewal application is used to update PCF staff with any new information, for matching purposes, and to reflect on your past mentorship.
  2. Interview – Upon submission of application, we will be in touch to schedule a 20-30 minute virtual interview to introduce ourselves, review reflection questions and answer any questions.
  3. Background check renewal – PCF staff will contact you via email to complete a new background check.
  4. Orientation and initial meeting with mentee– All selected mentors must attend New Mentor Orientation June 4, 2022 and initial meeting with their mentee.
