Description
The Central Jr. High International Heritage Scholarship provides support to a graduate of an accredited public high school in Springdale who attended Central Jr. High School for two years and is pursuing post-secondary education at a two- or four-year college, vocational, or technical school in Arkansas.USE OF FUNDS
The Central Jr. High International Heritage Scholarship helps deserving students continue their education by providing financial assistance for tuition, fees, and books over one academic year.
The criteria for selection of the scholarship recipient is determined by the selection committee, and may include, but is not limited to, student character, academic performance, extracurricular activities, community involvement, and special circumstances.

Requirements
Qualified applicants must be:* A student who attended Central Jr. High School for two years,
* Of Laotian, Marshallese, Latino, or Latino/American descent,
* Graduating seniors from an accredited public high school in Springdale with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and
* Enrolling at a two- or four-year college, vocational, or technical school in Arkansas.
Age, sex, marital status, or religious affiliation will have no bearing on eligibility for this scholarship. DO NOT USE YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT!
