Description

The Garris Family Scholarship was established to support deserving students from public high schools or home-schooled programs in San Luis Obispo County in achieving post-secondary education at a vocational school, community college or four-year college/university.

Requirements

Eligibility:

  • School Level: High School, Home School or GED Recipient
  • Term: Multi-year
  • GPA: Minimum of 2.7 to maximum of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale
  • Demonstrated Financial Need: Yes
  • Type of College: Community College, 4-Year college/university, or Vocational school 
  • Major: No
  • Other Requirements: Must be a graduating senior from a San Luis Obispo County high school
  • Renewable: No
