2024 Robinson Family Trust Greatest Desire Award

Description
This scholarship will be awarded to one Senior and one Junior currently attending West Yellowstone High School.
The purpose of this award is to recognize students who might be overlooked in most other scholarships. The youth we wish to recognize will have made impressive achievements during their high school careers demonstrating personal goal setting, effort and determination which are not typically recognized by academic or athletic scholarships or awards. Preference is given to students with a "B" grade point average.
The award amount is $2000.
The award will be presented at the West Yellowstone High School graduation ceremony by a member of the West Yellowstone Foundation.
This scholarship is made possible by generous donations from the Robinson Family.
The selection committee will consist of one WYF Scholarship Committee members, the school superintendent or Principal and one member of the Robinson Family or one school faculty member. Please note: To avoid any conflict of interest, it is WYF's policy that no Board Member of the WYF Scholarship Committee can be a parent/guardian of a West Yellowstone School ISD 69 student in grades 9-12 or is currently a participant in our scholarship program. However, any Board Member, Parent/Guardian is welcome to provide input in writing ot by attending a committee meeting in person.
