Description
The Rockingham Educational Foundation, Inc. is proud to support the Rockingham County Public Schools. REFI is a 501 (c) 3, non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds and facilitating programs to enhance education for our students. REFI is proud to offer these scholarships that were established to honor or remember special people.Requirements
➢ academic achievement at some level
➢ extracurricular participation
➢ citizenship/volunteerism
➢ scholarship selection committee interview
➢ one essay not to exceed 500 words entitled, “Why I Should be Considered for this Scholarship”
➢ at least two school officials’ letters of recommendation addressing the criteria
