David DiCesare (pronounced da-ches-er-ray) was an influential community advocate. During his career, he held multiple city and county roles and was a part of local nonprofits that focused on heritage, history and education.Award Information
Awards from this fund are $1,500 - $2,000. Renewal applicants must reapply each year, and will be considered alongside any new applicants.
Requirements
Students selected to receive this scholarship must:- have graduated from Columbia River High School OR Vancouver School of Arts and Academics in Vancouver, WA, or be on track to graduate this year, and
- be enrolled or plan to enroll at an accredited college, university, technical or career school during the upcoming school year.
- plan to attend Clark College, Washington State University Vancouver, or the Evergreen State College
- participate in school-affiliated, extracurricular activities
- demonstrate commitment to their community through volunteerism.
