Description

Percy Conrad was a longtime resident of Cordova, Alaska. He established this scholarship to benefit the community that welcomed him when he first arrived. Percy's idea of Marine Biology is not limited to the study and development of the ocean for commercial and personal purposes, but includes the rivers and streams running into it.
